Arizona Leather Furniture
Frame, Springs & Workmanship
Arizona Leather Company warrants the hardwood frame, steel springs and workmanship, which includes all seams and zippers, to be free from manufacturer’s defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the original buyer owns the product. Warranty does not cover accidental in-home damages. Warranty is void if furniture shows signs of abuse, misuse or damage by fire, flood or negligence.

Seat Cushions
Arizona Leather Company uses high-density polyurethane seat cores. A high-resiliency foam layer is laminated on top of the seat core for exceptional comfort and a "crowning" effect. Arizona Leather Company warrants all seat cushions against loss of shape (resiliency) for as long as the original buyer owns the product. Do not confuse loss of shape (resiliency) with the natural softening and flattening of polyester fiber and foam that occurs with age and normal use. All foam and fiber will soften. Softening is not considered a defect. Please refer to pages 8 and 9 of your Furniture Care Manual for seat cushion, arm and back pillow care instructions.

Down & Feather Warranty
Arizona Leather Company uses a high-density polyurethane foam core
in an envelope filled with down and feathers. Arizona Leather Company warrants the down and feather envelope against leakage for the life of the product under normal use. The down cushions, back and arm pillows are not guaranteed against loss of shape. Please refer to pages 8 thru 11 of your Furniture Care Manual for down care instructions.


Mechanisms
Arizona Leather Company warrants all bed, recliner, motion and chair mechanisms to be free from defects for five (5) years from the day merchandise is delivered to the original buyer.

Motor Warranty
Motors carry a one-year warranty against malfunction.

Service
Should any defect develop, the item will be repaired or replaced, based on the determination of Arizona Leather Company. Transportation costs within our normal trading area are included as part of this warranty-–for the first year of ownership only–with the exception of detachable cushions or pillows. You are responsible for bringing detachable cushions or pillows to Arizona Leather Company for inspection or service. After the first year, for any service under warranty, you are responsible for transporting your furniture to the Arizona Leather Company service center in Chino, CA, where any warranty work will be completed free of charge. Or, you may opt for in-home service for a nominal fee covering transportation time and costs.

Leather Warranty
All leather carries a five-year warranty against cracking, peeling or splitting. This warranty is extended only to the original buyer and covers residential use only. This warranty does not cover fading, or damage due to chemicals or exposure to sunlight, and is not valid if there is evidence of heavy soiling abuse or neglect. Optional leather insurance is available for an additional fee–see your salesperson for details prior to delivery.

Delivery
Standard delivery charge is for normal 2 man delivery. Apartments, Condos and Offices must have appropriate elevator access. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their furniture purchase can be navigated through the home. Furniture that will not fit will be assessed a 50% restocking charge. A damage waiver may be required in homes with tight access. Hoist deliveries and additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. You will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm a date. A two-hour time frame will be assigned the day before delivery. There is a $30.00 fee for any missed appointment. Delivery personnel are on a strict schedule, therefore, delivery is for the transportation and set-up of your newly purchased furniture ONLY. Disposal of or moving your current furniture will be an additional fee and must be arranged in advance. Out- of-area deliveries are 2 man teams with an 18-wheel semi truck. Homes or businesses not accessible by 18 wheel semi trucks will be assessed additional charges. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
