FRAME, SPRINGS & WORKMANSHIP

Arizona Leather warrants the hardwood frame and springs to be free from manufactures defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you own the product.

SEAT CUSHIONS & FIBER FILL

Arizona Leather warrants all foam and fiber to be free from manufactures defects for as long as you own the product. Warranty does not cover loss of firmness, softening, or flattening of foam or fiber. All foam and fiber will soften with use and is not considered a defect. Depending on use cushions may compress up to 1″ in the first year.

DOWN & FEATHER WARRANTY

Arizona Leather uses a high-density HR foam core in a down and feather envelope. Arizona Leather warrants the down and feather envelope against leakage for the life of the product under normal use. Rips, cuts or tears of the down envelope void the warranty. Down seats, backs and arms are not covered against loss of shape. Refer to care instructions for down fill.

LEATHER WARRANTY

All leather carries a five-year warranty against the finish cracking or peeling. Leather is a living finish and will change over time. Leather warranty does not cover, damage, wear and tear, wrinkling, stretching, fading, discoloration or color changes. Leather warranty is void if there are signs of damage, surface scratches to the finish, soiling, pet damage or neglect. Refer to care instructions for cleaning and maintenance.

MECHANISMS

Arizona Leather warrants all bed, and reclining mechanisms to be free from manufactures defects for 5 years. This warranty does not cover damaged or bent mechanisms.

MOTOR WARRANTY

Motors carry a one year warranty against malfunction.

WARRANTY SERVICE

Should a defect develop, the item will be repaired or replaced, based on the determination of Arizona Leather. For warranty issues, transportation costs within our normal trading area, defined as 50 miles from the nearest Arizona Leather, are included as part of this warranty for the first year with the exception of detachable cushions or pillows. You are responsible for the transport of detachable cushions or pillows to Arizona Leather for inspection and/or service. After the first year you are responsible for transportation to and from our facility or you may opt for in home service at a nominal charge, per trip, covering time and transportation costs. The customer is responsible for providing their own transportation at their own expense when the merchandise is located outside our trading area. Refunds, if any, will be adjusted for the products use and age, calculated by our five year leather warranty.

This warranty is expressly for furniture manufactured by Arizona Leather Company. It is extended to the original purchaser and covers residential use only. This warranty is void if furniture show signs of neglect, abuse or misuse. Damage of any kind is not covered under this warranty. Arizona Leather offers other brands of furniture items and accessories for sale. Please ask your sales associate for warranty information relating to products not manufactured by Arizona Leather.

TYPES OF LEATHER

PROTECTED “TYPE P”
This is coated leather protected from most food and liquid spills. Variations in texture and natural markings will be present. Dye lots will vary from sample shown. Follow care instructions for your furniture and leather type. Leather insurance is recommended.

PULL UP “TYPE 0”
A naked leather, its name “Pull-Up” defines leather that when pulled or stretched. A color burst comes up. It has little or no protective coating, absorbing body oils, hair oils and certain food spills, it is meant to age and gain a natural patina. It is characterized by variance in shade and texture from panel to panel. Dye lots will vary from sample shown. Natural markings will be present. Follow Care Instructions for your furniture and leather type. Leather insurance is recommended.

NU-BUK “TYPE N”
A naked leather that has been abraded to create a soft hand. It has little or no protective coating, absorbing body oils, hair oils and certain food spills, it is meant to age and gain a natural patina. It is characterized by variance in shade and texture from panel to panel. Dye lots will vary from sample shown. Natural markings will be present. Follow care instructions for your furniture and leather type. Leather insurance is recommended.

PURE ANALINE “TYPE A”
A naked leather that has little or no protective coating, absorbing body oils, hair oils and certain food spills, it is meant to age and gain a natural patina. It is characterized by variance in shade and texture from panel to panel. Dye lots will vary from sample shown. Natural markings will be present. Follow care instructions for your furniture and leather type. Leather insurance is recommended.

DELIVERY

Standard delivery charge is for normal 2 man delivery. Apartments, Condos, and Offices must have appropriate elevator access. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their furniture purchase can be navigated through the home. Furniture that will not fit will be assessed a 50% restocking charge. A damage waiver may be required in homes with tight access. Hoist deliveries and additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. You will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm date. A three hour time frame will be assigned the day before delivery. There is a $75.00 fee for any missed appointment. Delivery personnel are on a strict schedule, therefore, delivery is for the transportation and set up of your newly purchased furniture ONLY. Disposal of or moving your current furniture will be an additional fee and must be arranged in advance. Out of area deliveries are 2 man teams with an 18 wheel semi truck. Homes or businesses not accessible by 18 wheel semi trucks will assessed additional charges. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
